It is difficult to supply one definition to leadership, but it can safely be stated that management is vital to run this world.Because it is a country a company, a family or even a small classroom, leaders around the world, massive or small, it performed a plotal voly in my lives.I experienced being a leader before and now.In our classroom, campus officer, group leader and a youth leader in our sitio.
Before I became a leader, I became a member first.Being a member I always listen to my leader doing my ass job and being active in doing my role.Then until I became a leader, at first it wasn’t easy because it was hard to lead people but because of my experience as a member. I have a clue on how to handle people and be a good leader for them. As a leader, I seek the potential of my members, knowing their individual opinion regarding our group, their purpose, and how we become a good team. Getting their ideas and opinions is my way on how to make this group productive. I became a leader not because of my position but for my classmates when I was in junior and senior high school.I’m not being easy to them and help them to get good grades. But it became a nightmare to me. I’m being busy focusing on my role as a leader and forgot to be a student. I got low grades and it sad but seeing the smile of my classmate for having well grades.It vanished on all my sadness I feel.
At least there are good results to all efforts and sacrifices I’ve done. Now that I still leader in our sitio a youth leader, I don’t want to repeat the same mistake. How can I become a good leader if I lose control. But still it was the best experience I had from a past which helped me today. Being a leader, I always acknowledge my members perspective, I give them support they need to meet their work and personal goals, involve them in my decision where they’ll build a sense of community within my team. Therefore, leadership in one of those characteristics of a successful man or woman that is never inherited but learned and I’mbbed into the term leadership itself can’t be defined on person to perception of life.
