A delyta plastic is a manufacturing and supplier leading industry that is pooling benefits pertaining total quality management. It also involves the act training and teaching all employers of what is exactly needed and expected of them in the assisting of customers effectively. However the entire process involves profit maximization. The benchmark for success has been associated with the profit maximization for any given business success. In order to achieve this success of the business, much of the confusion and disagreement has been from the time of industrial revolution to the modern world that is related to the world achievement as success. To determine the degree and the rate at which profit is maximized in various companies, several types of control charts are used. These control chats are used to show if a certain specific data that is not of complexity falls within the normal or common range of variation in charts as proposed by Gordon. (2002).

The chart contains the following relevant information: lower and upper limits that control the limits hence creating a clear boundary between the control limit and the assignable common range of variations. These charts are usually counted instead of them being measured. Most cases the attributes in the charts are done basing on the yes or no factor as the most appropriate answer there are two basic charts associated with the variation. These are the p-chart and the c-chart. If a plot of data shows one or more samples that fall outside of the control limits, then they are out of variation. Generally these upper and lower limits are set at t ±3 standard deviations extracted from the mean variance. On the other hand, control limits can also be set at ±2 standard deviations from the established standard mean.
