Am writing to express my interest to acquire a position as a Student Ambassador at your organization following the advertisement on your website on November 9, 2018.
After joining the university in the year 2016, I have been able to acquire significant experience in both learning and university experience. The experience has shaped me to become a hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. Strong communication skills will enable me to share exposure with other students during the admission process effectively.
In addition to my communication skills, my managerial skills acquired while working as a store manager at Naughty Paw Pet Store will enable me to carry out various special events during the recruitment process. While working as a manager at the store, I have been able to interact with diverse individuals, thus gaining an adverse experience on how to deal with different people. I will, therefore, apply this experience to help in registering and guiding new students.
I believe Student Ambassador is a position where I will be able to share my experience as well as help the university to admit various new students.
As a current student at Saint Mary’s University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce since 2016, I have been able to undertake various tasks which have shaped my growth and experience. While working as a part-time assistant accountant at Naughty Paw Pet Store in the year 2015, I acquire relevant experience in handling various individuals. My professional goal is to enable my employer to achieve the objective through hard work effectively.
I chose to apply for a job posting at Saint Mary’s University for their advertisement for Admissions & Recruitment student Ambassador position. The school advertised the job on its website.
I found the posting interesting because they wanted a current student who will be able to share his experience with new students during the admission process. My experience at the university since 2016 made me feel that I qualify for the position. My excellent oral communication skills were the best skill for me to be eligible for the job because they were looking for an individual who would address new students.
I have limited experience, the reason why I decided to use a functional resume in my application. I believe as time goes I will be able to acquire an extensive background to enhance my resume.
