An operation is ethically legitimate in case its total favorable effect exceeds the overall beneficial effect of any other action that could have been performed instead of the first.
Business ethics can help in solving dilemmas occurring in the working process. The term reveals a judgment prescribed two opposite signs, excluding the third. Ethical dilemmas are always linked to the problem of social work values ( Defining on Ethical Dilemma, n.d.). My views on ethics have evolved throughout my lifetime, relying on the different aspects and locations. The moral dilemmas nature may depend on the countrys social, cultural, and political conditions, in which social work is carried out. For example, social workers in the United States identify the following as the most common dilemmas: the social workers religious views and the provider of social services ( Defining on Ethical Dilemma, n.d.). Besides, there is a discrepancy between ethnocultural traditions, participants in social action, and the disparity between the social workers views and other participants in the process about the parliamentary system. Thus, business ethics pays attention to the broad area of questions appearing throughout the work process, taking into account the interests of the administration of the company and employees.
