For many years the gymnastics sport has been around. It is one of the oldest sports since its origin approximately 2,500 years ago. The first ‘apparel’ used is thought to have been a bull. Men would grab a bull’s horn and try to make the best stunt before landing when thrown into the air (Gutman, 1). Gymnastics was born in Greece where they thought physical fitness, but only for men, was very important. Every city had an open-air gym. It was so important. The gyms also serve as schools for teaching philosophy, literature, and music. Every day the athletes, who were only 18 and older men, trained. They threw the javelin, went up ropes, ran races, wrestled, and raised weights when they competed. Without clothing, the athletes were performing and all women were prohibited from watching. In A.D. 393 the Emperor of Rome, contrary to Greece, closed all the schools (Gutman, 2-3, 5).

In the sixteenth century, Gymnastics was again in the light. Various exercises were conducted for the men. The gym on bars, ladders, beams, vaulting, and pommel horses were included. These were also followed by the US Army. Thus, in the Summer Olympics of 1896, this sport was an event. It was always part of the Olympics from that point on. This can lead to food disorders that may affect the whole body. Air, endocrine and cardiovascular problems can be present. They have problems. Gymnastics is a sport that is highly challenging and players must endure many injuries if they have to exercise properly. These injuries sometimes can also prove to be serious. Gymnasts in some part of their body have suffered many times from broken bones and sprains. If broken bones are not properly treated and healed, the growth and form of the person can be affected. For a person in his whole life, this may be painful. Other medical problems are also likely. Hard work and practice are a matter of time for gymnastics.

For gymnastics, the person must sacrifice his other personal time. Since the person is busy with the practice, the family and friends cannot be given time. You can also experience isolation. The trainers are sometimes extremely aggressive in practice with their students. The behavior and thinking of the students can also be affected. If they practice and perform correctly, medical problems will be reduced. In addition, no trainer will force their students to train extremely hard when their health is unsuitable, since they may cause greater problems later. Both their training and safety are taken care of. You have to maintain a healthy diet in order to become a perfectionist in any sport. No trainer is therefore going to ask the student to eat less. If anyone wants to go to a gym, he or she should come to an expert where he or she can have proper training and experience.
