Every project is a mutually-connected system that includes numerous operations. According to Jacobs and Chase (2014), a project is a set of related jobs that are directed toward a specific outcome. Usually, it takes some time and effort for a project team to achieve the desired goal. If one wants to make their project successful, it is reasonable to invest sufficient efforts in designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring their activities. It is necessary to be sequential here because every completed stage is a useful base for further development. Finally, one should make sure that all stakeholders participate in the project implementation since the absence of any of them can destroy the whole process.
