Project management deals with the organization of time, resource, asset, and personnel. Project management means job completion tailored by a guided objective (Oz, 77). Thus, the ability to correlate different project variables will reduce project risk and improve the quality of work. I have tested different tools used for project management. My choice of management tool was based on project constraint, deadline, and cost.
