The kind of environment that I hope to create in my future is a convenient classroom that is appropriate for all ages and appropriate for diversity. For example, what causes the child to behave like that, and what is the effect of his behavior also are part of the problem and solving. Psychology class helps me to build a good relationship with my program director and my co-workers. It helps me to understand the reason for the way how my boss treats me. For example, last month, one of my social worker coworkers asked me to help, my program director said it is fine, but the nurse said that Miran is the primary translator for nursing. The program director laughed because she wanted the other co-workers to realize that the nurses wanted me not because she is biased toward me. She is the most one who has faith in my abilities and skills by observing my work. She trusts me, especially since she gives me to fax some important things, so she depends on me for many things. The psychology class plays a great factor in my behavior and attitude and the way of dealing with people. This class helps me to understand how to choose a good friend who I can trust. Choosing a good friend can change life for to better. I believe that psychology class is important because it even helps me to understand how my family thinks.
